Resize service:
Uh-oh!
So, your new BMM has arrived but alas, you’ve somehow managed to order the wrong size and need the ring, or bracelet, making smaller or larger?
FEAR NOT!
Simply follow these 4 easy steps:
1. Add the correct resize option to your basket (if your ring has a stone set in it, add “with stone”, if you’re sending two rings add “2 x rings” etc!), and add a note at checkout with instructions of the size/s you require!
2. ADD CODE FREESHIP BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT!
3. Post your ring/s, or bracelet, and a copy of your re-size order confirmation to us at:
BMM (re-size), Unit 4 Chenoweth Business Park, Ruan Highlanes, Truro, Cornwall, TR2 5JT. (We advise you to use recorded delivery as a minimum, as we cant accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post!)
4. Wait patiently (we’ll be quick!) whilst we magically fix up your rings or bracelet, and get them back to you! You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve shipped your item back to you!
RING RESIZE DELIVERY: Due to constrictions of options whilst ensuring you don’t get charged postage twice, our system will automatically tell us to send your re-sized ring to your BILLING address (even if you type separate shipping address). If you need your ring sending to an address other than your billing address please add the delivery address in the NOTES box at checkout! Thanks xx

Read Me - I’m Important
⚓️ Please allow 10 working days for us to make your order! We’re often faster than this, but at busy times it can take us a little time. Rest assured we’re working our socks off to keep times to a minimum!
⚓️ ALL rings are classed as custom orders as we size each and every single one to order, by hand! Therefore rings are non exchangeable, nor refundable, unless deemed faulty by BMM.
⚓️ If you don’t know your ring size, please see our Customer Service section for our tips on gaining the correct size. You can also order a Plastic Ring Sizer from us!
⚓️ You can also order a resize from us, for a minimal charge, should you need to get your ring re-sized
⚓️ If you would like to order a gold item but it says “Out Of Stock” please send us an email to [email protected] and we will add one to our casting list for you!
⚓️ Gold items take approx 8 weeks as we cast each one to order, just for you!

I purchased a lovely BMM Triple Bones ring through another retailer and found that it was too big. I sent it off to BMM to have it resized. The entire process was smooth and I felt confident sending my ring away. The ring arrived the next day as I had sent it through first class signed for delivery, and it that same day the ring was resized to my specs and sent back. I received it by next-day delivery tracked. All in all, I was blown away by how fast the process was, and that I was never without my precious ring for too long.
I purchased a stacker and over estimated my sausage fingers I ordered the ring resizing service and from sending it off via special delivery before i weekend I received it back and resized by the Tuesday! Superb service!
