So, your gorgeous new bling has arrived but alas, you’ve somehow managed to order the wrong size and need the ring, or bracelet, making smaller or larger?
Simply follow these 4 easy steps:
1. Add the correct item to your basket (if your ring has a stone set in it, add “with stone”, if you’re sending two rings add “2 x rings” etc!), and add a note at checkout with instructions of the size/s you require!
2. ADD CODE FREESHIP BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT!
3. Post your ring/s, or bracelet, and a copy of your re-size order confirmation to us at:
BMM (re-size), Unit 2 Chenoweth Business Park, Ruan Highlanes, Truro, Cornwall, TR2 5JT. (We advise you to use recorded delivery as a minimum, as we cant accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post!)
4. Wait patiently (we’ll be quick!) whilst we magically fix up your rings or bracelet, and get them back to you! You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve shipped your item back to you!
RING RESIZE DELIVERY: Due to constrictions of options whilst ensuring you don’t get charged postage twice, our system will automatically tell us to send your re-sized ring to your BILLING address (even if you type separate shipping address). If you need your ring sending to an address other than your billing address please add the delivery address in the NOTES box at checkout! Thanks xx
