Resize service:

Uh-oh!

So, your new BMM has arrived but alas, you’ve somehow managed to order the wrong size and need the ring, or bracelet, making smaller or larger?

FEAR NOT!

Simply follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Add the correct resize option to your basket (if your ring has a stone set in it, add “with stone”, if you’re sending two rings add “2 x rings” etc!), and add a note at checkout with instructions of the size/s you require!

2. ADD CODE FREESHIP BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT!

3. Post your ring/s, or bracelet, and a copy of your re-size order confirmation to us at:

BMM (re-size), Unit 4 Chenoweth Business Park, Ruan Highlanes, Truro, Cornwall, TR2 5JT. (We advise you to use recorded delivery as a minimum, as we cant accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post!)

4. Wait patiently (we’ll be quick!) whilst we magically fix up your rings or bracelet, and get them back to you! You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve shipped your item back to you!

WE MAY CHARGE EXTRA FOR GOLD RESIZES, depending on the size difference, stone setting style etc… If unsure, please email first.

Plastic Ring Sizer & Guide

Not sure of your ring size? Grab a plastic ring sizer –  they come with a handy guide to help you get the most accurate reading you can, in the British Letter Scale (which we use!)

If you’re between sizes, you can order a half size by adding a note at checkout!

IMPORTANT: ADD CODE FREESHIP BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT!

**Please note- plastic ring sizers are NOT 100% guaranteed to give you completely accurate results. If in doubt, visit a jeweller who can measure you (But bear in mind we have heard of some naughty high street jewellers giving out the wrong sizes if its clear you won’t be buying from them! Tut tut!)

DELIVERY: Due to constrictions of options whilst ensuring you don’t get charged postage, our system will automatically tell us to send your ring sizer to your BILLING address (even if you type  separate shipping address). If you need your ring sizer sending to an address other than your billing address please add the delivery address in the NOTES box at checkout! Thanks xx
